RKA has the capability to provide a full range of transportation services from field data gathering, conceptual design, alternative analysis, environmental document preparation, final construction documents and construction management.

Projects also include the design of bridges, traffic capacity analysis and design of other transportation-related projects such as parking lots, bikeways, and pedestrian walkways.

The staff is experienced in all phases of project development including agency coordination, environmental analysis, and public involvement. RKA has also assisted communities in obtaining federal and state funding local highway improvements, or improvements to state highways within their corporate limits.
